Shaping your brands mission, values, target audience/client, vision and goals. Providing you with clear brand strategy guidelines you can apply to all areas of your business.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All pre-paid appointments that are cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be refunded or rescheduled. If the appointment is booked within 48 hours from the scheduled time, it will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. In an event of a missed appointment, a or late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice), it will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
